Engineering System Training Lead

JOB SUMMARY:
Engineering system training lead, responsible for owning and maintaining training and tier 1 support for CAD software suite. Including but not limited to creating, testing, implementing, and deploying company wide training on engineering modeling tools. Will be responsible for both project work and day to day restoring flow activities related to the engineering CAD software suite, particularly around training and tier 1user support.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
Own training of CREO and Windchill applications at Midmark, specifically new user training, new module training, existing user learning.
Create training plans, curriculums, courses, and conduct classes accordingly.
Tier 1 Technical support for Creo user issues.
Restore flow for day-to-day user problems that occur.
Manage various Windchill libraries.
Participate in user acceptance testing and documentation of upgrades and enhancements.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Identify needs, recommend, and deliver user training in support of new product development and product maintenance as related to CAD software suite.
Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies which may improve operations, and develops recommendations accordingly.
Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
Assist in implementation and maintenance of engineering software.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering, from four-year College or university required. An additional 3-5 years of product development experience in an engineering or business system administrator role preferred.
COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong ability and desire to teach others.
Strong technical background.
Strong knowledge of PTC CREO and other CAD applications.

Project management skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
