Senior Product and Services Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Product & Services Manager researches and develops the market for services to support the medical division; executes divisional strategy through the delivery of products, services & solutions to the market; and performs the following duties personally and through cross-functional leadership. Reports to the Director of Service & Solutions.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
Leads upstream product management processes and techniques ? delivers on effective field techniques to identify & communicate latent customer problems, and delivers consistent and compelling customer data to the organization.
Directly responsible for customer focus groups, advisory boards, and other customer research collection methods.
Initiates, manages, analyzes and communicates robust research to the Director of Marketing and recommends services portfolio additions and changes based on research results.
Determines proper market and product segmentation with the Director of Service & Solutions.
Assists in leading the services and solutions roadmap and driving marketing initiatives to support the divisional strategy.
Directly responsible for the development and ownership of the Market Requirements Document and the Market Launch Plan within the new product development process.
Directly responsible for the leadership (and ownership) of a project from ideation, through the business case phase, and throughout the development phase ? leading and partnering with cross-functional resources to launch services and solutions to the marketplace.
Partner with the medical marketing (downstream marketing and marketing communications) throughout the development process to ensure a successful market launch. Works closely with the medical marketing teams to generate field support materials for and training of the sales organization; also developing copy for ads, literature, promotional programs, price lists and other marketing tools.
Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products and services meet established specifications and cost targets, while supporting revenue and margin objectives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in a clinical, sciences or engineering field, an MBA in marketing or a related discipline, and five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be accomplished in a cross-functional team environment, exhibiting formal and informal leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and promote new business opportunities through rigorous financial analysis and business case presentation
COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical and financial skills and experience
Strong communication skills ? verbal, written and formal presentation
Technical competency in a STEM field is desirable (clinical, design, software or engineering)
Strong goal & results orientation

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
