70/hr THE ROLE The Brand Ambassador role is not a front desk receptionist hiding behind a desk, generating paperwork, and swiping credit cards.
At Hotel Versailles, the Ambassador owns the guest experience, ensuring that no need goes unmet and no opportunity to make a guests visit special is missed.
The ambassadors are exquisite hosts, just as comfortable arranging the details of a surprise proposal, as they are giving a hotel tour to a curious neighbor or maneuvering a bell cart.
The Ambassador knows the ins and outs of both the hotel and the surrounding community, and with a gracious demeanor and warm presence makes every guest entering the lobby feel at ease, knowing that they have selected the right place.
This position turns details and tidbits about guests into recognition and actions that make a stay at Hotel Versailles a personal, one-of-a-kind experience.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
Demonstrate passion and genuine care for all aspects of a guestEUR(TM)s experience, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, understanding that the hotel guest is your guest Own all aspects of a guestEUR(TM)s experience from beginning to end by ensuring accurate and thorough reservation details, an inviting arrival, recommendation of local experiences, and a seamless departure, ascertaining satisfaction throughout and adjusting as necessary Checks in customers using computer programs and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room Informs customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them Handles and resolves guest complaints Invoices and bills guests for their stay and services used Communicates with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible Performs general office duties, such as filing, copying, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence SECONDARY DUTIES:
Performs other duties as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Must be 16 years of age or older Valid driverEUR(TM)s license and successful completion of Motor Vehicle Report required to assist in parking guest vehicles as needed COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in basic computer skills to execute daily tasks Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills Excellent conversationalist with a pleasant and professional personality Quick problem solver SUPERVISORY
